El discurso de la presidente Cristina Fernández terminó detonando la salida de Juan Carlos Fábrega de la presidencia del Banco Central. En el mercado financiero, Fábrega era reconocido como el único funcionario de relevancia que trabajaba con buen criterio para contener los descalabros económicos. En enero del 2014 fue el promotor de una devaluación y suba de tasas que trajo una ordenada paz cambiaria sumadas a una continua contracción monetaria para atacar la inflación. Sin embargo, la necesidad de financiar continuamente al Tesoro atentaba contra la estabilidad del mercado de cambios, que finalmente duró más de lo previsto.

Asimismo, se atribuye a Fábrega la idea de coordinar a los banqueros argentinos para resolver el conflicto con los fondos buitre. El plan incluía la compra de los títulos en litigio, para lo que ya se había enviado el dinero al exterior. Con esos bonos, los banqueros propondrían un “stay” hasta fin de año -cuando recuperarían la plata- sorteando la cláusula RUFO del canje que aparenta ser el motivo del gobierno para la reticencia a negociar con los buitres. El rechazo del plan a último momento fue una señal para la declinación de Fábrega al frente de la autoridad monetaria, que terminó de concretarse luego de los desplantes del martes pasado.

El mercado financiero reaccionó rápidamente a su salida por partida doble: por un lado, estaba tranquilo con la presencia de un contrapeso en el Banco Central; por otro lado, se generó una fuerte incertidumbre sobre la radicalización de políticas que atenten contra el valor de las empresas y la solvencia del fisco. En particular, el mercado teme volver a una época de tasas de interés reales muy negativas, un dólar oficial planchado y una coerción sobre los sectores exportadores para conseguir las divisas que no se conseguirían por incentivos económicos, agravado por la flamante ley de abastecimiento. También la presencia de Vanoli en la Comisión Nacional de Valores producía cierta tranquilidad, puesto que si bien impulsó la nueva ley de Mercado de Capitales, nunca abusó de la potestad interventora que la ley permite en ciertos casos. En síntesis, el temor reside en que la radicalización del discurso de la presidenta se convierta en una radicalización de los hechos.

Por lo pronto los temores parecen exagerados aunque no imposibles. Por ello los títulos reaccionaron con fuertes caídas, incrementando los rendimientos. Los inversores escaparon de los bonos en dólares por temor a la insolvencia del fisco, algo que parece bastante lejano. Dicho sea de paso, hay que recordar que el nuevo código civil que contiene un poco específico artículo para la pesificación de contratos (que al ser poco específico sería en principio aplicable a todo contrato) recién entra en vigencia en 2016, por lo que todos los vencimientos dentro de este mandato presidencial deben hacerse en dólares de acuerdo a la ley vigente. Por eso es recomendable aceptar los riesgos y mantener las inversiones en dólares, que tienen rendimientos muy altos.

      Ciao,io molto spesso uso gli avanzi di pile delle coperte, altrimenti imbottitura normale (quella che si usa nelle coperte o nei cuscini). Non ho mai provato quella adesiva, se vuoi che le cose restino più ferme puoi spruzzare un po’ di colla spray sulla stoffa poi appiccicarci l’imbottitura.Termini tecnici non ne conosco, proverei con imbottitura adesica ma non credo si trovi proprio.

      What I meant by the title: The most interesting thing in the article, at least the way I saw it, was the $500 million dollar self-valuation of the Mets (which wasn’t actually stated, but something one had to do math to figure out). In Forbes and other places, the guestimations were coming in around $750 million or higher. I thought the value of the Mets was the most interesting leak — hence the buried lede — though perhaps I was wrong.

    The Zune concentrates on being a Portable Media Player. Not a web browser. Not a game machine. Maybe in the future it’ll do even better in those areas, but for now it’s a fantastic way to organize and listen to your music and videos, and is without peer in that regard. The iPod’s strengths are its web browsing and apps. If those sound more compelling, perhaps it is your best choice.

    Apple now has Rhapsody as an app, which is a great start, but it is currently hampered by the inability to store locally on your iPod, and has a dismal 64kbps bit rate. If this changes, then it will somewhat negate this advantage for the Zune, but the 10 songs per month will still be a big plus in Zune Pass’ favor.

    The new Zune browser is surprisingly good, but not as good as the iPod’s. It works well, but isn’t as fast as Safari, and has a clunkier interface. If you occasionally plan on using the web browser that’s not an issue, but if you’re planning to browse the web alot from your PMP then the iPod’s larger screen and better browser may be important.

      ありふれた一児の父の意見なのですが。きりんさんはお子様とケンカしたことがお有りなのでしょうか。私も男の子として過ごした人生がありますが、まともにケンカできる相手が居ないと男の子の元気なんて有り余りまくってしようがありませんよ。ケンカしない為の妥協案を提示する大人は「扱いやすい相手」なだけです。12歳なんて、悪事を理解した上で悪さをしています。相手が困ることだと理解して自分の快楽の為に行動します。どんな子供だろうと、小学校6年生や中学１年生というのは自分自身でその悪事を働く心の流れを変えることが出来なければ行けない年です。大人になり社会に出れば、絶対に守らなければ行けないルールのレベルは子供時代より遙かに低くなりますよね。大人のルールを当てはめるのはまだ子供だから早すぎるなどとお考えでしょうか。月極の決算書を提出しなければ翌月の予算削減なんて、甘々にも程がありますよね。他人のお金を取った事への反省が泣けば済むのなら世の男の子はみんな泣きまくります。駄目なモノはどうしたって駄目なのが社会です。どうか、それを教えてあげて下さい。駄目なことをしているけど、良いこともしたからチャラ、なんてことはありません。子供の性格ばかりを気にしすぎてルールを守るという人間性の根幹を忘れさせてはいけません。相手は男の子。それも悪ガキとして認められる社交性の持ち主。多少厳しく叱りつけて家を飛び出しても、これまでの子育てが間違ってなければ自分自身の悪と向き合い改心できます。お父さんお母さんや兄弟が大切だと感じるなら、大切なモノを守る為に人生を生きることが出来るのが男の子です。ケンカしたって良いじゃないですか。「子供に悪を悪と教える親」が責められる所以はありません。（もちろん、非人道的なやり方で教えることは駄目です）そして、今は乳飲み子との時間が大切ならば、旦那さんの威厳を使いまくりましょう。お子さんと旦那さんがふれあう時間が少ないのなら、なおさら旦那さんを虚像化して口裏を合わせて怒鳴りつけてもらいましょう。男の子に理論的な話は子守歌でしかありません。ドーン！と言ってギャーッ！となってワー！となる感じで十分です。そして、きりんさん一家なら仲直りも出来ると信じています。妥協は愛情ではありません。親子と言っても同一人物ではありません。そして、子供は自分ルールが曖昧だからこそ、親として社会ルールの範囲をしっかりと引いてあげましょう。親と言っても人の子。あまりにもひどいと怒って当然です。男の子は、叱られること、怒られることでしか悪事の範囲を理解できないオバカサンです。万引きなどで社会へ迷惑をかける前に、でかい雷を落とす親が居ることを教えてあげましょう。色々言いましたが、最後にもう一度だけ。悪事を働くことや他人に迷惑をかける様な男はかっこわるいと理解させてあげて下さい。若干言い過ぎな面があったかもしれませんが、オトコノコを少しでも理解していただけると幸いです。私が子供の頃食らったげんこつは、たったの二度だけでしたが今でも覚えています。そして今では、怒られて良かった、と心から思えています。

      Actually Darla, when you google someone’s name and address you can find when they bought their house. Kristina had a contract on the house for some time, but the actual date of purchase didn’t quite meet the deadline. “The only way you could have known” that being a resident for a year was a board requirement, would have been because of Board Members trying to kick people off the ballot.

    This is getting a bit more subjective, but I much prefer the Zune Marketplace. The interface is colorful, has more flair, and some cool features like ‘Mixview’ that let you quickly see related albums, songs, or other users related to what you’re listening to. Clicking on one of those will center on that item, and another set of «neighbors» will come into view, allowing you to navigate around exploring by similar artists, songs, or users. Speaking of users, the Zune «Social» is also great fun, letting you find others with shared tastes and becoming friends with them. You then can listen to a playlist created based on an amalgamation of what all your friends are listening to, which is also enjoyable. Those concerned with privacy will be relieved to know you can prevent the public from seeing your personal listening habits if you so choose.

    The Zune concentrates on being a Portable Media Player. Not a web browser. Not a game machine. Maybe in the future it’ll do even better in those areas, but for now it’s a fantastic way to organize and listen to your music and videos, and is without peer in that regard. The iPod’s strengths are its web browsing and apps. If those sound more compelling, perhaps it is your best choice.

    I’ll gear this review to 2 types of people: current Zune owners who are considering an upgrade, and people trying to decide between a Zune and an iPod. (There are other players worth considering out there, like the Sony Walkman X, but I hope this gives you enough info to make an informed decision of the Zune vs players other than the iPod line as well.)
